As I mentioned in my previous post, last year was a busy one. Too busy that I often
neglected my to-do lists, not on purpose but for a lack of time. This year I need to
bring order to my life and pay attention to my to-dos {maybe even cross them off}.
I need to start by first clearing my desk to start fresh. And this notepad would also
pursuade me to follow-up on my to-dos. And since I am in need of new thank you cards, this
pretty bow stamp {lately, I am loving anything with bows} and these blank cards would
do the trick, like this. I am embarrased to admit that some thank you cards around the time
that Ella Sofia was born were not sent out last year. It's really embarrasing when you get an email
asking if what they sent was received. Has that ever happened to you? So this past weekend
I wrote my thank you cards for the Christmas gifts the kiddos and I received. I am starting
the new year on the right track it seems. Now, I am off to declutter my desk and start
on that to-do list.
Happy Monday!

Awww, I'm sure people understand about not getting thank you cards out. Our close friends sent their cards out almost a year after their baby was born, which I'll admit was somewhat funny, but I totally understood...getting sleep and spending time with the baby is def the priority! :)
ReplyDeleteI think reorganizing and decluttering is the perfect way to start off the New Year!
ReplyDeleteI bet that everyone in your life understands how busy life can be when you have a baby and move! How good to feel back on track, though!
ReplyDeleteI totally hear you on the thank you cards...I accidentally stuck a stack of my wedding thank you's in a cupboard and found them a year later! YIKES. But really, it's a super small thing in the grand scheme and I'm totally on the organizing train with you! It feels so good to get things in order after the chaos of the holidays. Happy New Year!!!
ReplyDeleteYes to new paper products! I love that Rifle Paper "to-do" list. I don't know why I haven't gotten it yet. I just bought a new planner and feel like it is really going to help get me organized!! xo
