Thanksgiving is just a few days away. As I type this, I still can't believe how fast the year has
gone by. Anyway, before we know it the day will be upon us and the grocery stores packed.
I decided I needed to start planning the day to figure out what we are doing. I love trying
new recipes and this year the menu is pretty much out of this cookbook which I strongly
recommend. I am still trying to find the perfect stuffing recipe and since the hubby
isn't big on pumpkin pie, I thought I would try these pumpkin brownies.
By the way, how pretty are the turkey plates from Williams Sonoma?
I love the gold details and the pretty colors on the turkey. They are on sale at the store.

Your menu sounds perfect. Matt and I were just working on our menu last night. He insists on green bean casserole which I hate- but I counteract it by making a kale/brussel sprout salad that he doesn't love. We each deserve our favorites right? Love the table setting!
